Metro Safety Tips
When booking your journey, try to wait indoors or in a safe, well-lit area where possible. This helps reduce the time spent waiting outside alone, especially during late hours.
Before entering the vehicle, check that the registration number, vehicle make, model, colour, and driver details match the information provided in your booking confirmation.
For added peace of mind, confirm your name and destination with the driver before starting your journey. A Metro driver will be happy to verify the booking details.
Choose the seat where you feel most comfortable. If travelling alone, sitting in the rear of the vehicle can provide extra personal space and easier access when exiting.
Please wear your seat belt throughout the journey. Seat belts are one of the simplest and most effective ways to help protect yourself while travelling.
